I Bought Link Luv Post Builder

May 18th, 2008 · 2 Comments

A couple weeks ago I purchased Utility Poster. I find it to be a very handy tool when I need to do a blog post. Unfortunately, I spent $67 on the tool when I could have waited and picked up Frank’s tool from Optempo which is every bit as good, if not better, for $27. I purchased Link Luv Post Builder anyway. Frank decided to be low key about the release and not use affiliates and Crapbank and all that junk. I find that refreshing.

LLPB does much the same as UP in that you can easily and quickly do some speedlinking posts to your blog. Both tools grab links and snippets for you to post on your blog. I love to use them because it helps me come up with ideas for writing a post and I get backlinks from making the post in the form of trackbacks or pingbacks or whatever they’re called. And again, like UP, it’s not a scraping tool. I mean you can use it like that but why would you? The blog owner that you’re getting the content from should be happy to have the link. You’re happy for the content. Hopefully you’ll a get a link. Everybody is happy.

If I could have chosen between LLPB and UP I would have purchased LLPB hands down. And not because of the price. The ability to put in your own feed sources is really cool. You can manually add whatever feed you want. You don’t get that flexibility with UP.

I guess I could get a refund for UP is I wanted to. But I’ll probably use both tools to try to come up with the best content I can when I post. I’m building a fairly large link cluster for my own amusement and as a source of links in the future for my “money” sites so both tools should help.

    Thanks for the review Splork.

The big problem I have with using ClickBank is the substantial cost it adds to the price of a piece of software, not only for the creator but for the purchaser as well. But, that’s typical of middleman type operations.

I had thought about buying UP myself, then I got Frank’s post about LLPB and held off on both for a day or two, but I’ve just gone and purchased Frank’s version now and I’m really impressed.
Cost me just over 17 Euros. Fantastic!
Direct sale or no, he could sell it at twice the price at least because it’s worth it!
