  Good work man! I have only been able to submit 1 article so far, I got kind of tied up with work and family issues. I am going to outsource and have 10 written for me though and I hope to see some sales myself.

  Did each of the 10 articles you wrote focus on a separate keyword, and were they all for the same product?

  Yea man. I split them up. 5 articles for each Clickbank product. Each article targeted a different keyword phrase. I think maybe I got a bit lucky, but sometimes that’s all you need. You know the next 10 might end up as crap and do nothing.

  I learned about bum from your site. Is project X a lot of the same info which we get for free from bum, or is there enough in there to make it worth buying?

  No, one of the techniques in Project X is similar to Bum Marketing. There are a few more if you are into affilaite marketing and adwords and the like. I thought there was good stuff in there plus the author is coming up with updates. If you want to learn some ways to do some affiliate marketing it’s worth a read, but every one of the techniques is alot of work.

  Hi,
  I only discovered your blog quite recently but I enjoy reading it. I certainly agree that quality is the best long term route and I intend following the MasterPlan.
  At the risk of being sidetracked I’ve been quite tempted to try Project x and wondered if you still recommended it now that you have a couple of months under your belt.

  Hey Ken. Thanks for visiting. Yea I think the concepts in Project X are probably some of the most sound of any Clickbank book I’ve read. You just have to really dig in and get to work. I haven’t been doing much work in the last month or so out of other commitments and plain old laziness.

  I want to start BM with a clickbank product.
  So i write 10 articles on that products keywords, each keyword one article and in the article i put my affiliate link for redirecting the custonmer to the buying affiliate page.This will work except with EA .
  Is this the gist of things?Do i have it right?

  Hey Maria. That’s the gist of it. For EzineArticles I simply built a blog to scoop up Adsense and affiliate sales since a direct CB link wasn’t allowed. Let us know how it goes.

  BTW - your acne site is really nice. Good work on that. It should do well.

  Thanks for your kind words and tell me how do i put adsense in my word press blog.I do not seem to see where to insert my adsense code.
  i have not had any clicks on my acne site on adsense though there are times i get over 50 impressions.How many impressions should you aim for to get an adsense click? My site is one month old with only 1 Page Rank.
  trying to write articles and blogs to get traffic.what more should i do to start earning money on adsense?
  Your site is very encouraging on Bum and i have started on some affiliate products.Overture is always down, which other search can we use?

  Hey Maria. Looks to me on your acne site, that you have Adsense installed very nicely. This is the time where alot of folks get discouraged because they build a great site and have Adsense aqnd affiliate products to promote but they aren’t seeing much in the wau of results.

  Don’t give up. If this is a site you REALLY care about, have an interest in, then keep writing targeted keyword articles and putting them on your blog. It will give search engines a way of finding you. Trade a link a day with someone. Keep submitting to article directories. Maybe one a week. But keep your blog updated. Find some news and comment on it. A press release. Be a reason why people need to come to your site everyday, ya know? Not just another article repository.

  Most of my sites never collect a dime in the first three month from Adsense or affiliate programs. It takes time to make yourself a presense on the web. But the thing is, this is when people give up. Just keep writing and trading links. Splash your link across related forums. Participate in MySapce forums related to your topic.

  You’re doing just fine. Just keep at it. Let us know if we can help and keep us updated on your progress.

  Search…the obvious is WordTracker. I hate paying for it too but it’s the best. The other thing that I use is Google Adwords keyword tool. I find it to be very good actually.

  yeah with a few articles out there now i see a consistency of one to two clicks a day from 5 days ago.
  Just have to make sure i keep at it.
  Trying to get links exchange daily to boost my PR. How often does Google update Page Rank?
  I have yet to submit to directories. All i do is Bum marketing, ezine goarticles and usfreeads.
  I have a few affiliate products with articles but all i managed is one sale 10 days ago actually my first sale.
  So i have to keep at writing articles and put out ads.That is my progress so far. I think not bad. At least I can see something.

  Not sure about the pagerank updates. I don’t think it’s on any set schedule.

  Bum Marketing works but it is a real grind. Out of 10 articles only one may eventually produce anything. I only submit to EA and GoArticles. I just need one of my articles to appear in the top 10 of search engine rankings for my keyword. It may come from either but just give me one.

  The deal with this particular game is to just keep writing and trying. At least you’ll get the backlinks if noting else.

  Congrats on your first sale. That is always satifying and makes you realize that making money at this is possible.
