So how long do you figure is too long to wait on a stupid bonus for buying a product? 1 hour? 1 day? 1 week?
How about over 3 weeks? How’s that grab ya? Would that make you feel special?
I made that ill-advised purchase of Instant Adsense Templates ver. 1 from an email that I got from the PortalFeeder folks. In exchange for me buying this package of 3rd grader templates, I was to receive, not one, but two special bonuses. Most bonuses suck but they hyped these up fairly convincingly in their email. Out of the dozen emails from various hoppers pushing IAT, this one was the most compelling.
I sent my little receipt in and waited. And waited. And waited. I sent an email to support. They thanked me for my patience. Another week goes by. “I sent a note to them”. Another week goes by. “They’ll be in touch shorty”. I’ve felt nothing.
The owners never even bothered to send out an email. I had to bother the lady in support to get any info, which has been nothing.
Fine. Whatever. Assuming I ever get this bonus, it better have superb dish washing capabilities.
For you gurus who are reading this: find the time to communicate with the people who make you. They got at least $100 from my purchase of IAT. If these jokers would simply take the time, 5 freakin’ minutes!, to let me know what was going on, then I would not feel compelled to grind.
The list of gurus that I will do business with at any level in the future just gets smaller by the day.
Update: Received an email tonight explaining what is going on with the bonuses. Have to wait until Aug 10 for the teleseminar. The “instant content” solution will be discussed then. Sigh.

Instant Adsense Templates (IAT) version 1; That infamous PLR controversy during the launch was messy. Now, I encountered another mess: by postphoning my download, thinking that I could do it at my convenience, since there was no statement to the contrary. But boy, was I in for a surprise?, that link to IAT was disconnected!
I emailed Joel. Guess what? No Reply. After 2 days of emails, with increasing desparations, I finally got a short note from Joel.
With the matter currently still unresolved, and the timeline in the matter looming, I am now forced to prepare PayPal and VISA dispute/resolutions documents to solve this problem.
Joel and partner should have addressed this matter urgently instead of letting it sit on their tray. This is one of the messiest things that has ever happened to me since I went online.

Figures. If it is any consolation at all, and I know it will be small, the $200 you spent on the package was wasted anyway. There is very little that you would have used anyway. Trust me when I say it is junk. At least you may be able to get your money back going the dispute route. Honestly you will lose nothing.

I’d say you should get the bonus immediately. But aside from that,.. why are you wasting more money on new opportunities, why not follow through on path you were already on? You had a reasonable plan there.
Keep messaging me on my forum/or privately, remember I’m here to help.
I’ve been recording a number of new video lessons this weekend. 2 of them on SEO should be up tomorrow. I recorded them with Marc Lindsay and Daniel Turner of PLRPro.com. You’ll know of them. Another one is on PLR marketing, that should interest you, one of the sites they critique during that is one of yours:)
All the best, keep at it,..
Mark

I know. It was almost a month ago when I bought it. I thought it would help me save some time with website design. It wasn’t really an opportunity but more of a purchase of tools. Still it was a waste. But believe me it wasn’t a deviation from the path I’m on. I should have another site to unveil this weekend. I’ve been re-writing just about every single sentence and paragraph in this pack. Plus I spent probably too much time building new graphics. It’s been taking a lot of time this week.
I’ll be interested to hear what they say about that site I submitted.
