$18K for This Mess?

January 29th, 2007 · 8 Comments

Isn’t the web entertaining? I went over to Business Opportunities Weblog to see what the perceived value of Lost Ball is worth.

How Much is this Crap Worth?

Uh-huh. Sure it is. I’ll take $18,064 for it.

Wow… Sell or not to Sell?

This is funny! Actually many tools on the web are funny.

LostBall is worth far more than that.

You are building a good following and respect from a ton of people by writing what’s on your mind.

$18k is an insult… take no less than $100k.

You are shifting the market over here… It needs to be shifted to make way for true, high level knowledge that steers away from the opportunity (guru infested) market.

The only drawback to selling lostball is that as soon as you sell it… it is worthless unless you are included with the sale :-)

Thanks Charles. Man, that’s nice of you to say.

I noticed that this “How Much Is My Blog Worth?” is using Technorati’s API…so, for a little fun I type up the following websites:
    Techcrunch.com: $8,731,740.18
    Technorati.com : $125,602,246.44
    john-carlton.com: $13,548.96
    whatscrapandwhatsnot.com: $3,387.24
    Microsoft.com: $53,452,340.82

And finally, the WORST EVER VALUE website (ok, not a blog) is….

    Google.com : $ 0.00

Well, there you have it…you can see how “accurate” this thing is ..hahahaha

This is not related to this blog entry, but I thought you’d want to know about this very useful software. The price is going up…check it out…the “sales” page isn’t a sales page at all as it tells you quite a few details.
Feel free to share it with your readers if you like (I don’t have any financial interest in this company):

I agree with Charles on this one. Your blog is honest, real, hilarious and worth far more than $18 grand. Pshaw.

    That tool is broken.

Thanks Teli. That’s very nice of you to say. Not to be a suckup, but Optiniche was one of the first ebooks (and it’s really more than that isn’t it?) I bought and one of the very few that I really think highly of. I’ve also bragged about my success with your Datafeed Script. That makes me money I’m happy to say.

    Wouldn’t say it if I didn’t mean it. :)

You have no idea how much your comment that means to me, thank you.

I’m glad you have a high regard for OptiNiche (yep, it’s more than the ebook now…I actually had to start calling it “package” instead of “ebook”) and the datafeed script. Gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling.

Hopefully I can continue to provide you with value in both products and help you make even more money.
