That is low, glad to have got off all the junk list over the last couple of years, clearing my inbox of all that crap was a great thing... too much crap like that fogs the mind and leads you on a path to nowhere.

If he is telling the truth about his nephew, it makes it all the worse he sent it out in the first place, after all he said... it IS his responsibility ...and seeing how these "gurus" and such keep saying their list IS the most important thing, I can't think of any other part of the business to check more importantly.

Lame.

Getting off these list is one of the most liberating things you will do if you are in this line of work.

As I am no longer on them I didn't see this, but thanks to splork I am reminded why I got off the damn things.. ;) Thanks!

I got that too, and I had the same reaction.

But I'm also not on that list anymore. Can't remember who sent it though.

Ya this one threw me for a loop too....

It's funny, when I read it I couldn't believe it either. Then, like a shriek in the night...

"..almost kills himself..."

Oh. Now I'm not worried. Thanks anyways!

I doubt there is anymore truth in that apology than there was in the original email.

Lets get real, as if this guy doesnt read what he is sending out to people?

I totally agree Splork, I was really worried when I read that subject line and couldn't believe it was a promo. I was worried as I know the digibiz guys. I really doubt that email would have converted to sales either as people don't like being 'tricked' into opening emails.

I prefer to just tell them what is in the email in the subject line, that way interested people open it, disinterested people can skip it, and people aren't disappointed when they read the email as it contains exactly what the subject line says.

Enough already. I was on his blogsuccess list and that thing is just one "This is will change your life!" product flogging after another...and another. Buy, buy, buy. Zero content.

And now, Jack will "personally scan every single piece of mail" that goes out with his name on it. How thoughtful. Uh, no thanks.

It's truly pathetic and makes fun of those that have committed suicide. I've unsubscribed from his lists.

The NUERS is a beast. I can ride 100+ miles on the road. Doing that off road is a whole different ride even if you are part of a team. Good for him for giving it a go.
Thanks for the offer but as much as I'd like to race the Iceman my riding season tends to end late Sept. It would kill me to drive up to Michgan and extend more training/riding. As I put more age on this meat suit I find that I have to break for a few months during the colder months to get recharged and motivated for more riding around late March. I cross into other activities in late fall/winter.
