It’s that time of the year when PortalFeeder has their membership drive. A lot of memberships are like that. They wait until enough members bail then have a big time membership drive to fill the holes. The guberus start salivating because they can suck on a huge slice of affiliate pie with this bad boy. Portalfeeder is expensive. Hell, they may even pay out monthly residuals. I’ve gotten a few emails from the pimps telling me how great PF is. None of them bragged about how great they were doing being a member. They just suggested that I join because it’s PortalFeeder.

And you know PF is not bad. I was a member and did not like it. Take it with a grain man. The quality was there. The support was superlative. I just didn’t like the site building system. I didn’t like the cost. I didn’t like the forum. Too much of a cult of personality going on there. Not to say the denizens of the place weren’t a helpful lot. It’s just a lot were of the cheerleader variety. Annoying.

There is nothing you can’t do on the outside that you do inside the doors of PF. When I was a member they had some pretty cool tools available. Some would make the job at hand faster. A couple of tools were fun to use. A couple of tools were annoying as shit to use.

This commentary is completely lukewarm. I can see why you might want to check it out. And I wouldn’t think you were a dumbass for it. It simply wasn’t for me. But there are members that you couldn’t pry away from the hallowed doors of PortalFeeder.  I can at least vouch for the service and support. It certainly wasn’t crap.
